We recently purchased a gas BBQ and needed a gas hook-up. We called Wes Clarke Plumbing as a first time user. I spoke to Brandais, who was pleasant and accommodating and scheduled our appointment. Fred and his assistant showed up right on time and were very efficient. Fred explained in great detail how the gas line worked (as I didn't know). He then tested the hook up and found one side of the BBQ did not ignite. The BBQ had to be returned and replaced. I had forgotten a few questions after they left so I called the office again and Brandais helped me but had an additional question that Fred, the technician had to answer. She relayed the question and Fred immediately called me back. He told me he would come back when the new BBQ was delivered at the company's expense. I really appreciated his going above and beyond to not only stop his work day to call me back, but to agree to reinstall my BBQ at their expense. I highly recommend, with no hesitation, Wes Clarke Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Wes Clarke plumbing went above and beyond when my pipes had to be replaced in my home. They have always been prompt, experienced, careful, and professional. Rachel in the office and Colleen with her crew all responded quickly when there were hot pipes bursting under my concrete slab.
Here is most amazing part: when the crew had to move some glass vases from one of the walls, they inadvertently shattered. The guys had taken great care, but things happen. Rachel then went to great lengths to find the very same glass vases to replace them! She found them and I am extremely touched to this day that the team at Wes Clarke made sure I was completely satisfied with their work and the whole experience.

Colleen is an outstanding plumber with over 30 years of experience. We had another plumbing company come to figure out why we were not getting hot water in certain parts of our house, they wanted to charge us to purchase a whole new water recirculating pump and/or water heater. Our house is only 5 years old. So we called Wes Clark to get a second opinion, and im so glad we did. When Colleen arrived, she said it's a simple fix within the shower fixtures that needs to be adjusted to give more hot water. Sure enough that worked! She saved us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repair. We have since used Wes Clark Plumbing twice on other items, including installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. Colleen is outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable. We are so happy we found an honest plumbing company! Thank you Colleen.

Fantastic experience using Wes Clarke on two occasions. Clint Wyatt came out last time - solved a problem several other plumbers from other companies could not, at a cost of $450 - rather than the $15K estimate others were pushing for an unnecessary repipe (not kidding). Was hoping for Good things based on great internet reviews, but I can't recommend Wes Clarke plumbing unfortunately, I made an appointment it took 3 weeks to get it. I was depending upon them to come service my house before I left for a vacation. They called two days before the appointment to let me know that because of someone else's emergency they would be unable to come fix my leaky faucets I had been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix, and they did not have a Time to come and take care of the work before our travel plans would not allow them to work on the house for several weeks if not months. Even explaining this to the receptionist I was told there was simply no way they could do it unless I wanted to trust them to come to my house while I was traveling and not home. Not for a first appointment and not after this is how I was treated. Very disappointed.
