Colleen is an outstanding plumber with over 30 years of experience. We had another plumbing company come to figure out why we were not getting hot water in certain parts of our house, they wanted to charge us to purchase a whole new water recirculating pump and/or water heater. Our house is only 5 years old. So we called Wes Clark to get a second opinion, and im so glad we did. When Colleen arrived, she said it's a simple fix within the shower fixtures that needs to be adjusted to give more hot water. Sure enough that worked! She saved us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repair. We have since used Wes Clark Plumbing twice on other items, including installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. Colleen is outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable. We are so happy we found an honest plumbing company! Thank you Colleen.

Was hoping for Good things based on great internet reviews, but I can't recommend Wes Clarke plumbing unfortunately, I made an appointment it took 3 weeks to get it. I was depending upon them to come service my house before I left for a vacation. They called two days before the appointment to let me know that because of someone else's emergency they would be unable to come fix my leaky faucets I had been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix, and they did not have a Time to come and take care of the work before our travel plans would not allow them to work on the house for several weeks if not months. Even explaining this to the receptionist I was told there was simply no way they could do it unless I wanted to trust them to come to my house while I was traveling and not home. Not for a first appointment and not after this is how I was treated. Very disappointed.

A huge thank you to Dennis and Wes Clarke plumbing! I was awakened by my gardener this morning reporting that I had a leak outside where my pipe connects to the street CVWD. I called WesClarke and they sent Dennis out to solve the issue and he did! It was a tough day with no water in the house and two people sick with Covid ! Our hot water heater lived a short yet eventful life, and required replacement, as did our master bathroom shower valve. Both have been replaced and work far better than the originals, thanks to Fred and the team from Wes Clarke. Wes Clarke Plumbing has made a real effort to keep our plumbing problems to a minimum with a lot of proactive maintenance suggestions.
