Steven and Dennis came to our home to do some plumbing work today. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and they carefully explained what they were going to do and why. Afterwards they gave helpful tips on how to keep our plumbing working efficiently. Also this company stands behind their work and works to assure it keeps working.

Clarke Plumbing provides highly skilled plumbing services with a smile, and has added my family to their large roster of extremely satisfied clients.One morning at our Palm Desert home there was an unexpected lake in my front yard -- main supply line to the house was dying in a spectacular fashion! Guests were coming in that afternoon for a long-awaited vacation, so I was frantic for a solution that would preserve our water supply. I called four other plumbers and NO ONE could beat Clarke's promise to have someone out by noon (plus they came highly referred from TWO of their other clients, and have decades of experience in the Coachella Valley). At 11:30 I received a text message they were on their way, along with a link to track the truck's progress on a map. The little things matter, and I appreciated that use of technology. To make a long story short, Steven managed to patch us up for our weekend guests at a reasonable price, then returned with a 3-man team yesterday for the ""Big Dig"" to run new pipe in place of our 1950s galvanized relics. It was an enormous all-day project, but the crew could not have been more personable, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. Their price was honest and fair, and they restored the yard so well you cannot tell anything was done. They even buy Girl Scout cookies in bulk each year to share with their clients; I love seeing how they truly care about our community. Thank you Steven, Fred, and Dennis -- you're the best!!

Quick and responsive service! Clarke Plumbing was referred by my attorney son-in-law to a client's client in Palm Desert for emergency pipe repairs. Clarke Plumbing to the rescue! Their yard was returned to normal, after an entire dig from the meter, as if no one had been there! Major pipe repair was professionally completed on schedule as well. I have Clarke's phone number ready to refer to others! If you want your needs handled in a courteous and professional manner call them!

Sunday at 8:35 PM I called and left an emergency message with Wes Clarke Plumbing and received a return call within 30 minutes (1 hour was promised) and arranged to have Colleen (plumber extraordinaire) come to our house to save the night and restore our plumbing. By 9:45 PM Colleen had cleared the blockage and the water was draining and running again, Absolutely Outstanding!!

I Truly have say Wes Clarke Plumbing is amazing!!! The service we received from Steve when he addressed our numerous plumbing issues was exceptional!!! Not only was he efficient and knowledgable when it came to his career, he also was polite, friendly, and took the time to explain each and every step of the process. He also made a recommendation to save us a few bucks! (You don't find that in business dealings everyday). I would DEFINITELY recommend Wes Clarke Plumbing for any issues you might be having. Hat's off to Wes Clarke Plumbing! We just moved to Cathedral City and sure enough we had a water problem at our home within the first few days. We turned off the water since we would be out of town a couple days and then called Wes Clarke as we were driving back to town and they were able to send someone out the next morning (this was fine- it was not an emergency). Colleen arrived early, bright and cheerful, immediately surveying the problem which fortunately was not a problem. The HOA gardeners must have repaired the problem in the 24 hours prior. This was an opportune time for a company to ""find"" something wrong when there wasn't anything. Colleen was honest and represented Wes Clarke very well. They will be our first call for any issues in the future.

I have known and used Wes Clarke Plumbing for the last 15 years or so and have used them for the routine plumbing problems that came up. They have always been good with their appointments and fair in their pricing. But last year I had a major emergency. There was a leak underneath the floor in the bathroom. In total panic I called Wes Clark Plumbing and they came within the hour, proceeded to locate the leak and isolate it. After that they fixed the problem by rerouting the plumbing in such a way so that we not needed to break the tile in the shower. Which was a much better solution and much appreciated. Then they fixed the walls and stucco to such a degree that you could not tell that there had been a repair . This is a company that is honest, skilled and has integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your plumbing problems, small or big.

We met the Wes Clarke Plumbing family back in 2001 when we had a leak in our home. We had called a couple of the franchise companies first who came out with mold suits and drama and quoted us prices that would have built a whole new house! Our neighbor referred us to Wes Clarke and when they came out they were no BS, quoted a more than fair price and they did the job. We have been loyal customers since. We had a small construction company and Wes Clarke did all of our plumbing work. They are fair and honest and kind. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and became very ill in 2015 and he couldn't do the work around the house. We had a leaky toilet and I called Rachel and explained the situation and she sent out the troops to help and you know what, they never charged us for the service call. They told us they were paying it forward. That is the kind of company Wes Clarke Plumbing is. I am sure there are many other reputable companies out there and Wes Clarke is not any less expensive, but they are honest and hard working and I like doing business with those type of people
