He showed up exactly on appointment time and fixed it within and hour and he even sent me a 4 dollar less than invoice quote since the item is less than his estimate. Had a leak with our main waterline that feeds water to the house , pipes were in the wall, our Handyman opened the wall and saw that it was the old copper pipes that were over 18 years old and didn't want to touch it. I contacted Werner Plumbing. I sent him a picture of it and he said he can fix it, he came out and did an amazing job! I'm so impressed! Very professional, pleasant ,courteous & did not make a mess, couldn't even tell he was there except for the pipe is fixed, no more leaks!! I highly recommend him, price extremely reasonable and I trust him and felt comfortable with him being in my home ( which is huge now a days!!) I will call him for all of my future projects .

We had a small leak at the shut off to our home. Blessed by a recommendation from a good friend who works with my wife. we were able to retain Tims services. I made the call and received a friendly voice over the phone. It was Tim. He was most courteous and kind, empathetic to our unfortunate event, as he informed us that the soonest he could get to us would be around Thursday (about 4 days) I told him that it was a very slow drip so no worries, it shouldn't be a problem.

Well a few days passed, and Tim called and came by promptly just after lunch to give us a quote. He looked at the old galvanized on our home. and quickly assessed the cost in his head with confidence and kindness. His quote was more than fair. But the way he explained the job and what it was going to require, in terms of time and labor was different. it was like, poetry.

Day of the job. Tim arrived earlier than we had scheduled and was done in just a few hours. When he completed he came and got me to review the new build he had just created. And I was blown away at the craftsmanship of my new friend, plumber and fellow artist. Tim Werner.
