Ditto alot of what Kenneth M. said. Mike arrived earlier than I expected today. He was not only professional, but he listened to us. It was so cool to deal with a professional who seemed interested in helping us with our problem. He fixed some issues with our shower cartridges and fixed a leak in our outdoor hose pipes. I don't want to forget to say that my initial phone call to Werner's was answered by a person who was personable and great to work with as well. I'm sorry I don't have her name, but, like Mike, she made me feel like my job was the most important thing to her in that moment. And again, the service was amazing and reasonably priced. Thrilled with Werner's! Thanks Mike!

We had an excellent experience with Werner's. Our house is on a slab so we have had slab leaks before, this is the fourth one. We decided not to go with any of the plumbers we've used in the past and found this company right here on Yelp. They were very efficient and charged us a much more reasonable price then we've paid in the past. We would absolutely call them again and recommend them to everyone we know.

Mike from Werners Plumbing arrived on time and proceeded to solve our heating system leak in record time. He was extremely professional, wore his mask to protect us at all times. He also replaced the cartridges In Our shower body and even drive though the rush hour to get the necessary parts. I would definitely use Werners again and would be happy to see Mike again.

I had a leaky baseboard , called Werner and got a same day appointment. The customer service lady was very nice , and helpful .
The service tech , Mike, showed up on time and was also very friendly , polite , and capable. He quickly fixed the leak , refilled and bled the system and worked neatly ! The cost was also very reasonable.
All in all , I was very satisfied and would recommend , and use them again .

Very very pleased. Said would come at 8am and was there at 8am sharp. Knew his stuff, worked fast and efficiently, solved my problems and cleaned up everything even a few things he didnt have to. And charge was reasonable.

A great experience from start to finish.

Almost seven years ago to the day, these folks installed a new gas burner and hot water heater for me. Excellent service then and even better service now.

I was having some issues with my pilot light and a leak. Mary in the office was efficient and provided great customer service. Super nice!

Fast forward to this Saturday morning. Kurt arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly, credible and very knowledgeable.

The price was reasonable for all the work done in my home, and again Kurt was absolutely wonderful. Request him ... he's professional and honest.

I can't see having anyone else address my plumbing and heating issues in the future. I am a second generation customer and will continue to use Werner's.

These guys were fantastic!! I had a heating emergency with little kids in my house. They responded quickly and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were very professional, caring and helpful. Given the circumstances, I expected to pay a fortune but was pleasantly surprised to pay a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them to my family.
