These guys want $130 just to come to house. Never mind if they are able to fix problem. They need to coordinate multiple stops in northern Leelanau county instead of making money off everyone up here without actually doing anything

Have a quote and then billed us for twice the amount. Hooked up our boiler system to be overwhelming and complicated. Over kill.

We'd give lower than a one star if possible. Very poor service. Tech came out twice. Furnace ran for a couple days. Supposedly fixed it again. Had to come out again. Quit running again. Finally a different tech came out and told us it couldn't be fixed and not to put any more money into it. We were charged over $1000 for this. We still decided to go with them for a new furnace but they never got back with us for a scheduled date to install. We ended up going with a different company for a new furnace. Very upset that it took them 3 times coming out and charging us only to be told it couldn't be fixed after we had invested $1000 into it. And then never contacted us when they were going to install a new one. The first tech should have known that it couldn't be fixed instead of having to come back again and keep charging us. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Have been using Werner for about 15 years and have referred many people to them. We all love them. Friendly, responsive, highly skilled and even craftsman if the job requires it. Have used them for small everyday to big jobs. They outfitted our whole house with plumbing and baseboard heat and have serviced everything needed including replacing a boiler. And have been there for us with expedient emergency service. This company is top notch and we are lucky to have them in our community.

Came on schedule and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. It was an awkward installation behind a farmhouse sink. But the job was done well!

I'm a senior citizen and resident of Cheboygan for 30 years. Dave VanHimbergenb's (Dave Van) company said they would winterize our cottage for winter back on December 7th, 2019. I told them we'd be leaving after the 1st of the year 2020. (Over the years he has provided good help, but something happen to this once good company.) Long story short, on January 3rd, 2020 I called and said we'd be leaving the following Monday. I received a confirmation number for the work order and was assured that the men would be out to do the work. Later this day, Dave Van me called and said they would not do the work they confirmed they would complete. This, leaving my wife and I in a big bind as were scheduled to leave the next couple of days. His excuse was that they only have time for people they have worked with for many years. I then reminded him that I'm one of those people. I've used this company since 1997. Weird... This company used to be good when his dad ran it, but apparently he's turned it into a different company than the one we used in the past. I felt very hurt that he turned this senior citizen and his wife away in a time of need. But apparently that's our society today. We feel very sad and hurt by him and his company.

I've had Werner do a complete kitchen, install a toilet on another occasion and replace my hot water tank on yet another. Price was as good as other quotes, in some cases better and the work was on time, on budget and done to perfection. Let me put it this way, my wife is most happy. Need I say more?
