Had a slow draining pipe in my kitchen sink. Don and Will came within several hours today. They fixed the problem and then discovered a fissure crack in the pipe itself, which they replaced. As I have said in previous reviews, NO ONE BETTER THAN THESE GUYS. Thank you Werber!

I live in Bay Ridge. My master bathroom sink had old defective shut off valves that needed replacement and a faulty faucet that needed to be removed. I attempted to change both valves and remove the faucet myself. One of the valves came loose and leaked a lot of water before I was able to get to the basement to shut off the water main. It was a monumental mess. I called a few local plumbers and only Werber had someone at my door within the hour. Donald and Mark arrived and fixed the problems quickly. They were neat and courteous and the bill was more than reasonable compared to some of quotes the other plumbers I called gave me. I would recommend them any time.

Every time I've called them, they worked quickly and did terrific work. They are easygoing, but willing to explain what they are doing. I've used them a half-dozen times over the last decade for projects big and small -- clogged toilet, replacing pipes, installing a sink -- and everything went extremely well.

I was very anxious about the relatively new boiler with the cold weather. I called Werber Plumbing late Monday afternoon and got a response on Tuesday morning from Mr. Werber himself and was reassured that the orange flames coming from the boiler were caused by dust. (The boiler only started producing heat on Monday FYI). Keeping my fingers crossed! But a salute to the owner of Werber Plumbing getting back to me in a timely fashion.

They come quickly, pinpoint the problem, fix it, charge a reasonable price, and give you an actual PAPER receipt, and warranty. As opposed to another local high priced rip-off plumbing company I had the misfortune of using, for a ridiculously, high price ,for a 10 minute snake out of a bathtub drain! Dependable, reasonable with friendly staff.
