I called 11 plumbers for a water problem in my basement despite one sump pump that was working, and another questionable one. AJ called me back within 3 hours and was at my house later the same day. He quickly replaced a sump pump for me and I was hoping that was the end of my water problem. It wasn't, as my French drains were clogged with silt and ground water was seeping up through the floor. I called him back the next morning and AJ made time for me that same morning. He flushed out the drains and the water seeping up through the floor immediately started to recede. The whole process took about an hour. I've had a dry basement since. I was so impressed at AJ's professionalism and especially in making my needs a priority. It was evident that he knows his craft well and has the tools to do the job. He is efficient, professional, friendly, and reliable.
