Called two weeks ago & scheduled to have them hook up kitchen sink drain line that involved a little re-configuring as the new countertops and undermounted sink were making for a lower drain line.
7:30 AM was the set time. At ten after eight, I called to confirm we had the day & time right. We did and receptionist said they were loading their trucks but we're on their way.
At ten after ELEVEN., still nobody showed. Called again and told them to forget it, thinking if I had to go to these lengths just to get them to show up, what kind of end result was I going to have?
Doing the work myself now.

Have used them for 6 years, For hvac fall furnace maintenance, And also plumbing, I have given them customers and spoke highly of them, Till now. Bad issue with a whole house humidifier install. 18 hours and then have to call an electrician to fix their issue, Was never told I needed an electrician after they installed the unit, 2 employees for 5 hours. For a 150$ aprilaire 400 at Lowe's cost.which, I should of just done on my own.Hopefully, Owner figures out the issues, Then I will reconsider them, But then after being accused of verbal issues I never said, Dought I will hire them again and will tell those I have referred customers to. Plumbing I believe they are good at, HVAC. Nope not this time. But again. I only used them for fall HVAC maintenance. Which is a no brainer on a new unit. Also, each employee doeesnt like working on Lennox furnaces as I was told this by current installer and others that quit working there.

It was so disappointing to work with them. They billed wrong...blamed us. They did the job poorly. When we requested them to fix the issue, they billed us again. We have serviceman will to back us up. Their service guy was grumpy and not fun to deal with on our little dishwasher job. Stay away from Wencl Plumbing, not worth the headache.
