Owner Travis Wells launched Wells Services in 2007, evolving from his father’s septic service, Tim Wells Septic, which Tim purchased from William Manchester in 1986, originally known as Bill Hurlbut Septic Services, Inc., a company with roots dating back to the 1940s. Tim had also been employed by William before taking over the business. In 2014, during the spring, Travis launched the We Do brand to branch into home enhancements. Throughout his career, Travis has been involved in different segments of the construction field, working for several companies, from on-site work to roles at a prominent building supply retailer. He was born in the 70s, grew up in the 80s, and graduated from Holland Patent High School in 1992. In 1988, he started his career in the septic and sewer sector with his father. Throughout the 90s and early 2000s, he held various positions in septic and sewer, landscaping, construction, remodeling, stove and fireplace maintenance, sales, installation, and retail. In 2007, he chose to embrace self-employment by founding Wells Services, continuing to grow and evolve from his past and current experiences.
