Wells Service arrived this morning 30 minutes early for septic tank pumping.

I explained my high water level condition and he was quite helpful in suggesting what might be the problem. I mentioned I had been reading about the structure of septic tanks and he said ""I wrote that book"".

Obviously highly experienced but with a down-to-earth attitude and a willingness to help the customer.

My experience is that whenever I find a service with these qualities I need to reward them with repeat business and word of mouth advertising.

Rosy was pleasant on the phone and they were able to get out to our house, same day, and within a half hour. Both plumbing techs names are Taylor and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed 2 toilets that were probably backed up and found where our septic smell was coming from. It was an uncapped top. I highly recommend them and they are affordable.
