Serious the BEST COMPANY EVER! They are so honest to the point where they won't try to make money off of you unless you need their help. Spoke to BOB today and he told me to check online first on how to do little things and if I need help, call them back.

And when I needed them last year, they came and took care of the mistake other contract left... (capacitor issue but they installed wrong one, causing fan to fail) The came & fixed it and gave me discount because they knew I was being scammed by the other guy...

We had no hot water we tried to light the water heater several times. Called Wells and a nice young man names Mike came out and showed us the trick to getting it to light. We were not even charged a service fee. The next day we had no hot water again. Mike asked us how old our hot water heater was we were not sure he told us there was a possibility that it was still under warrenty. We could not find the paperwork but Mike went the extra step had us give him the serial number he did the research and found out that it was and told us all parts would be covered for the repair all we had to cover was the labor. He came out the following day to determine what needed to be repaired and discoveredt that there was nothing wrong with the water heater the problem was a mistake that another plumber from the company that we are having remodel our bathrooms had forgotten to take out the test valve and put in the permanent one causing the hot water to constantly mix with the cold water that's why we had not hot water upstairs or in the kitchen. He was very proffesional and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will be calling them anytime we have any plumbing issues and will refer them to family and friends.

Our a/c stopped blowing cool air on a Sunday afternoon during this recent 116° heatwave. We feared how long it may take to get service during this very busy time, as well as a possible multi-$1000 cost.

I left a message with The Wells hoping to hear back Monday morning. Much to my surprise, a very pleasant Coleen returned my call in a couple hours and an appt was scheduled for noon Monday.

Very friendly technician Andrew arrived early, calling ahead of time to let us know. He found the issue within minutes, clearly explaining the situation with the failed part and citing a very pleasant repair cost. Our a/c was functioning again within minutes of his working on it...less than 24 hours after my Sunday afternoon call. The cool air was an incredible relief, but not nearly as much as the very fast, friendly and economical service with The Wells!

I contacted The Wells for a plumbing issue at my home through their internet site. Colleen got right back to me then 5 minutes later Mike was making an appointment with my husband to get to us. He originally said that he could see us the next day but after he found out what was happening at our home he drive in Temecula traffic to make it to us in Sun City to get us fixed up! We have been dealing with this bad plumbing for over a year and I seriously can't thank them enough for coming out today! Mike was professional, nice and quick. Thank you guys again!!

It's amazing how quickly someone can solve half of the problem.

Wells came out two years in a row due to warm air from the HVAC system. The second time they replaced the outside condenser unit. Not one time did they open up the evaporator coil in the attic that was badly warn. It has now rusted away and extensive work is needed to repair everything.

They work quickly because they do a superficial job. Get someone who really checks everything out. Never again.

This should be your first call. We had a toilet break and overflow flooding a good portion of both the upstairs and the down. We were afraid to turn on the heater as the water had run into the wall the thermostat is on right in the middle of a cold snap (I'm talking low 30's for any recent snowbirders). They couldn't send somebody out immediately, so the owner Bob Wells came over after hours to check things out! They sent the plumber in the next day. Justin was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Turns out the toilet had to be redone down to the porcelain. Justin also urged us to get professional help in restoration, and I am so glad that he did. Their recommendation was solid and the group we are working with will be getting their own 5-star as well. They even offered me another firm to get a second opinion when I had some questions. They are courteous and have no problem answering simple questions you might have.
Bottom line: You cannot do better then this group of caring professionals. I now have a new plumber for everything that will go wrong in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and these people.

Dana and the staff at Wells are the best! I have had Dana replace kitchen faucets, help with toilet issues, install water heaters, you name it! I have also used Wells to fix my heating issues during one of our coldest weeks ever! They got the job done as fast as possible for a very reasonable price! Wells is the only company I trust for my plumbing, air and heating needs! I'm even considering a water softening system, and will only have 1 company to call for that...Wells!

Wells provided excellent service. Bob is so friendly and my husband and I really appreciated his attentiveness to our ac issues in the middle of the heatwave. We made an appointment and Andrew showed up at our house and he was awesome. He cleaned up our evaporator coil and gave me an honest evaluation of our ac unit, never up selling, which I really appreciated. Our ac is working like a charm. I highly recommend.
