I will never do business with The Wells Company ever again! I had a leaking furnace, and called before they closed on 7-11-12 and left a voice mail to please call me back ASAP. I got impatient around 9:00 AM the following morning and called up and Bob answered. He told me he would be over between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. I called at 3:30 PM to make sure he was coming as he hadn't arrived yet, and let me know he was running late and would be here at 4:30PM. He didn't show up until around 5:30PM.
Once here, he checked out where the leak was in my furnace, and noticed my air filter was clogged up. My bad for not replacing it sooner, but he assured me that that was the reason why it was leaking, and once I replaced it everything would be fine. He also told me if there were any leaks after that, to call him back and he would be over. So after he left, I went to Lowe's to get my replacement filter, and then came back home to pop it in. I let the AC run for 30 minutes, check the furnace, only to find the leaking is still there. I tried calling Bob right away, but went to voice mail once again. I figured I would wait until 7:00 AM today when they open to call so he could hopefully be over sooner. To my surprise though, when I called, I got hung up on not once, but TWICE! I called a third time, only to have my call ignored and went to voice mail. I left a message asking him to call me back right away because the furnace still had a leak. After an hour, I got tired of waiting and called another company over. Only had to wait 2 hours, instead of all day, and now I don't have any more leaks.
I don't recommend anyone call The Wells Company!
The thing that pisses me off more than anything, is that as a customer my calls were ignored, and so were my messages. It has now been 4 hours since I left a voice mail, and have yet to receive a call back. Not that I want them to though, since someone else already went above and beyond to repair my furnace.

Me and my neighbors have had to call Bob and his team out for various reasons a few times...and every time they are efficient, timely and professional. They take their time explaining the problem and solution to a non-expert like myself. My search for a reliable and honest plummer is finally over!! I have to agree with all the positive reviews here. This is one company that people could really trust not to rip them off. Clayton was the one who serviced our AC. He did a very good job and the price he quoted was very reasonable. He was also good to our dog. We have been putting off the repair of our AC/heater for fear that we'll get ripped off. Now that we have experienced this honest company, I'm very confident that any time we need work done to our heater/AC and even plumbing (coz they do that too), I won't hesitate to call them.

Based on the reviews I read on Yelp I called Wells to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. Bob was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had the replacement parts with him and the system was running perfectly in minimal time. The final cost was right in line with what he had quoted me over the phone. I would highly recommend this company.

As a business owner, customer service and quality are very important to me. I have used various plumbers and a/c companies over the years but none have come close to the Wells Co. Their speed, knowledge and service are second to none. I now use them exclusively and freely recommend them to my students.

Quotes are free and he spent an hour trying to correctly diagnose our heater issue; whereas, another company took 5 min to misdiagnose the issue and tell me it would cost over $1000 to repair or $10k to replace.
Bob was great! Younger guy who totally knew his stuff! He gave me a fair, affordable quote to get my heater fixed. He was a true professional! On top of the great service, price, and workmanship--he even gave me some helpful tips the next time something breaks. I am definitely calling them back the next time I need help!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner I decided it was time to get the igniter replaced on stove. Used Yelp to find a repair shop and was very impressed with the reviews. You can not go wrong calling these people. Bob came out to get part number and it was replaced the very next day. Bob is one of those guys you hope would show up to your home. Not only did he sport a great smile but he knew his stuff. Within minutes he had my stove working again. He even helped me figure out my phone which wasn't ringing.
