Requested some repairs on some of the faucets. This was my third time contracting them for reapirs. Previous experiences were good. Work was well done and priced reasonably. A very different experience this time. Scheduled a date and time. I waited all day. Never showed. Claims to have called the day of the appoitment. I didn't have a missed call or voice mail from them. Showed up for the rescheduled call. Didn't repair 2 of the 3 faucets. One is in pretty need of it in our masterbath. I called back and left message regarding replacement of that shower faucet. No call back. I'm done and will move on to someone else who's responsive and prompt. Don't know what happened but its gone comopletely sideways.

My tankless hot water heater broke and I reached out to local companies to get quotes. Wells Brothers was the first one to return my call and were extremely pleasant on the phone. I was given a very reasonable rate - the second lowest - and only decided on another option because I could get hot water restored sooner elsewhere. I would have went with them if that hadn't been the case, even though they were only a tiny bit more expensive. (You could tell they were genuine people and that goes a long way.)

Will definitely consider working with these guys in the future. They're worth a call if you need some work done!

The best. I had a gas leak this morning and sj gas said no gas until the plumber fixed the cracked pipe. Called them and they were here within 30 minutes. As always the job was done quickly, efficiently and the bill was less than I expected. They did my hot water heater not too long ago and the cost, again, was nowhere near what the companies with a lot of trucks and a rotating crew of workers charge. I would continue to use their services again and give them my highest recommendation. They know what they are doing, they are experts, and take charge of the project and cover pay attention to all the details. If all service calls were like the Wells Brothers life would be easy.
