DO NOT USE! This company charges by the job. My elderly parents got ripped off. $580 to replace 2 thermostats. They were there for 20 min. The 2 thermostats cost $15.00 each retail price. If you want to get ripped off, this is your company.

The biggest scam ever! I would never again used any service from here!! Overcharged us and was not in the house longer than 20 mins but wanna charge us almost 300 for a problem that was back at it again next day. We were told to purchase a new piece for the toilet and we did clearly that piece was not the problem. Now what can we do but call another plumber pay more money?already out of luck as it is from COVID and now this

Be very careful. I needed help getting my hot water heater re lit after being turned off for a lengthy period. I was informed that the service call would be $79.00 plus extra for parts, labor, etc. It took the technician less than 10 minutes to get things up and running. No tools used, no parts. Total cost $204.00. Outrageous fees charged. It would have helped if I had been informed that their minimum charge is $204 if the technician has to get out of his van. Never again! Beware.
