I WOULD NOT recommend this plumber. I contacted this plumber based on what seamed like a really good recommendation on Next Door App. I wanted a circulating pump installed on my tankless water heater so that I can have instant hot water due to a medical condition that I have. I contacted Well Done, seemed real nice and knowledgeable AT FIRST. His price was much cheaper than other bids, should have been a red flag but i disregarded and had him install the circulating system. It has never worked and I have been trying since December 22 to get this plumber to fix it. Just Friday he tells me he researched the issue and tankless can not support a circulating pump. How did he not know this to begin with? For a service he said he installed all the time you think he would know this. I even asked if it it could be done on tankless and he said yes originally. However he is wrong because it can be done if you know what your doing! So now he says he will come and take it out and give me my money back but I keep getting the runaround with excuses like "maybe next week if i am not busy with ER cases". Now no reaponse at all. My advice, dont use this plumber if its not a routine plumbing issue.

I just wanted to share this with you all because I feel super blessed. I'm a realtor and come across slab leaks and foundation issues often. I always have my clients use Well Done Plumbing and they always do the job for half the price other plumbers quote me.

This past Monday I was home doing laundry when I heard what sounded like a bathtub overflowing. I ran out and the toilet and washing machine were over flowing with sewer water. Long story short, it turned out we had two major slab leaks. The camera Shawn ran through our plumbing revealed we had tree roots coming through TWO places, in the very center of our home. Shawn and his guys were out here the same day helping us get our home back in order. He even helped us out in a big way with our deductible.

If you have any issues, I cannot encourage you enough to use Well Done. They will take the best care of you, get the job done right, and save you a ton of money. This certainly has been an awful situation. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I do have to say though, in spite of it all, I am immensely grateful for the way they have taken care of my family. They have me counting my blessings and they are a BIG ONE! There truly are none better! They saved me! THANK YOU SO MUCH, gentlemen!

The worst company EVER. Not honest, never did what they said they would to, voided my foundation warranty by removing a pier, said they would test the fix and did not, left the worksight a total mess and did not clean up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THE WORST EVER.

I contacted Home Advisor for a plumber. They had 3 call me and I chose Shawn. At first he appears to be great. He took pictures of what I needed and sent me an estimate. I should have known that I should NOT have to ask for an estimate 4 times.

Once we finally got a date set, he performed 99% of requested items.

I however asked FIRST, if he could cap off a natural gas line to a built in gas grill outside. He had the charges on the estimate and forgot. That can happen. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

It's been since August, 2016, 3 months, since the work was to have been completed. Numerous phone calls and texts, all with promise to complete the final task.

He was paid the price that was requested and I just wanted the work done. SOOOO, if Home Advisors or anyone else recommends Well Done Plumbing, you may want to take a pass.
