Called these guys a week or so ago and Mathew and Hudson came by. i thought my fairly new well was in need of replacement. They were courteous and professional from beginning of inspection till the end. Mathew checked then changed the house filter in crawl space and provided a long standing estimate in case of needed replacement. amazing results from extremely honest folks down here in NC. pleasantly surprised and will definitely use them again if and when repair is needed.

I'm so glad to find Well Doctor. I had vetted different well companies and plumbers before finding them, not finding the right fit or recommendations for a full well system, until I found this company. They did everything right, including working to resolve an issue until it was resolved. Before the sale they worked with me on ALL my questions in a very timely manner and on options for sizing of the system and what equipment to purchase. Their warranty made me confident they were confident I was buying a good system. Alex was fantastic and his office staff too. As well as the guys that were part of the installation. After installation there was a problem during regen that took a number of trips out to find the right solve. They did what was necessary to find the problem and overcome it and make sure my system was working correctly. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the people who work there. Knowledgeable, professional, dependable.

This is a terrific company at many things in the water service industry. Please DO NOT confuse with Water Doctor- I did. (Different company). If you spend a small fortune on bottled water make the call. A system was cheaper than I thought. They are knowledgeable, free water testing. Take calls 24-7. Sales representative Frank was very helpful, Jeff owner VERY nice. Wants the customer happy. Terrific customer service all around. It was well worth the call!
