Very happy with M. C. Welch Plumbing Company. Had a mainline leak and got immediate service and remedy. They charged a reasonable fee for the work, were very polite and professional. I will definitely call this company, in the event I need further plumbing expertise.

We've used Chaz & crew twice. Once two years ago and just this past week. Both times 8th was to repair a slab leak. Last time it was under the kitchen & the decision was made to take the new plumbing 'up & over', as in overhead into the ceiling like new homes do.

Enter the holiday season 2014: oh yea, another slab leak--this time hot water. I came back into the house & saw a puddle near my laundry room. I thought the dpf.may have made 'an accident', but no. As I investigated different areas, I noticed the den floor was REALLY WARM, like a heated floor.

I was very close to being able to tell where it was. They jackhammered up that spot, but the pinhole area couldn't be silver-soldered because the xopper pipe as too corroded, so another decision for overhead plumbing was made. It's too bad we didn't forward-think' it all, as it would've saved us a ton on recutting almost the ame areas!

McWelch Plumbing installed the tankless water heater at my house. Now, one side of my house does not have hot water. I called them several times and left messsages. They ignored my calls.

Turned up on time but did not complete the job. He left telling me he would return in the morning and wanted to still charge me $270. He had a really bad attitude too!

Finally got the job done by Jones Plumbing for $60

We have used Welch Plumbing for the past 12 years. Mike and his team are always professional and consistantly do top notch work! I would not call any other plumber!

Mike Welch did a quick assessment of 2 problems and wanted $340 to $445 for labor plus we buy parts. The other guy fixed problem #1 in 10 seconds, and problem #2 in 30 minutes, charged $100 and needed NO PARTS!!!
Mike Welch was polite, well-spoken, and well-dressed. But looks to me like he's also a rip-off. Just sayin!

I highly recommend M C Welch Plumbing. We had a backup in our main drain line and Mike the owner himself fixed the backup. His pricing is very fair and no up-sell.

My diamond wedding ring went down the drain along with half a tub of water. I thought it was gone forever! I panicked and got a referral for Mike from a neighbor on a Saturday evening. He answered my call right away, calmed me down (I mean, 2 karat diamond ring down the drain!), he gave me advice and was originally going to have a camera guy come to scope the situation, but the camera man was unavailable till Monday. Mike then said he'd come out on a Saturday evening! He told me proper procedures before he arrived and then before trying to get my ring out examined the plumbing and continually calmed me down by telling me possibilities on how to retrieve my ring, which I still think is gone forever at this point! He went to work with professionalism, was caring, dedicated, compassionate...he is more than just a plumber! He saved one of my last valuable possessions and this review can't say enough about how thankful I am to him! My expression on my face when he handed me my ring was like his reward to see me that happy! I would highly recommend him and I am thankful my neighbors recommended him also! Thank you forever Mike! By the way, this is my first review on Yelp, that's how much I appreciate Mike's services.

I have never done a review for a business before. However, my experience with this business was very very disappointing. First, the plumber arrived 2 hour late with no call that he would be late. Rich, the plumber, was a very nice guy and he tried very hard, but after 2 1/2 hours trying to install the sink little progress was made, It was now 8:30 pm and I wanted to have dinner so I asked him to come back in the morning to complete the job..

He returned in the morning at 8 am with two other plumbers including the owner, MC Welch himself. We had a short and unpleasant discussion, which he told me that he could not mount the top mount sink flat with the counter. He said that if I purchased the sink from him he could probably figure out how to improve the mounting.

I was not happy with his comments. I would expect a good plumber to do his job even if I purchased my own sink. .MC get upset with me and left with his two associates. This left me with a sink that had no drain connection and by the way they took the drain connection tubing from the old sink,

I had to call another plumber to complete the job. Since the new plumber did not have the usable parts from the old sink I had an extra charge of $90 in new parts.This performance by MC Welch Plumbing was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The company reserves no stars, but I gave it one star for Rich's good attitude and his positive efforts.

Very impressive. I called in the morning, and within a few hours they had a couple of guys out to check everything out. The Yelp reviews were very accurate. Honest, prompt, and thorough service. I highly recommend MC Welch Plumbing, and I'll be going back to them in the future.
