We have extensive experience with energy-efficient and eco-friendly technologies, such as wall-mounted boilers and instantaneous water heaters. We handle conversion burners to convert oil heating systems to natural or LP gas and service all varieties of traditional boilers, such as steam heating systems.

We winterize and de-winterize homes, along with diagnosing and repairing frozen water lines. If it involves plumbing, we can handle it! We use the newest tools and techniques to ensure your job is completed correctly the first time.

Gary, our owner, has 35+ years of experience in plumbing, and has been a master plumber for over 12 years. His experience spans numerous projects, ranging from nuclear facilities to hotels like the Marriott and Sheraton in Springfield, MA. He has also tackled projects like pet hotels in Connecticut. Tim, his son, has been involved with Welch Plumbing since the beginning. We have completed plumbing work in hundreds of houses and can address everything from minor leaks to major water main breaks.

We prioritize local purchasing, so your funds remain in the local economy. We also offer a no-cost warranty on labor, something many other companies do not offer. The Welch team consists of father and son, Gary and Tim, both licensed in Massachusetts. Usually, they are the only staff members, though we have hired extra hands for bigger jobs. You can trust that the person you speak with this week will be here next year.

With over 35 years in plumbing, Gary has trained many apprentices, some of whom have started their own businesses or work for bigger companies. No task is too large or too minor, and Gary has experience in all areas of plumbing. He started in a plumbing supply store as a young man, working his way up to projects like nuclear power plants and commercial buildings.
