We perform conversion burner installations to convert oil heating systems to natural or LP gas and work on all types of traditional boilers, including steam systems.

Gary, the owner, has over 35 years of plumbing experience, and has been a master plumber for over 12 years. He has worked on a variety of projects, including everything from nuclear power plants to the Marriott and Sheraton hotels in Springfield, MA. He has worked on unique projects, such as pet hotels in Connecticut. Tim has also contributed to Welch Plumbing since the business started. We have serviced hundreds of homes and can handle everything from small leaks to significant water main issues.

We are committed to buying local, so your funds remain in the local economy. We also offer a no-cost warranty on labor, a service that many competitors do not extend. Gary and Tim Welch form a father-son team, both licensed in Massachusetts. Usually, they are the only staff members, but we have brought on additional help for larger projects. Gary has over 35 years of plumbing experience and has mentored numerous apprentices, many of whom now work for themselves or larger firms.
