Gary, the owner, has over 35 years of plumbing experience, including over 12 years as a master plumber. Gary has been involved in diverse plumbing projects, from nuclear power plants to hotels in Springfield, MA. He has also tackled projects like pet hotels in Connecticut. Tim, his son, has been involved with Welch Plumbing since the beginning. We have serviced hundreds of homes and can handle everything from small leaks to significant water main issues.

We prioritize local purchasing, ensuring your money stays within the community. We have a no-cost warranty on our labor, which many companies do not provide. Gary and Tim Welch form a father-son team, both are licensed plumbers in Massachusetts. Most of the time, they are the sole employees, though we have hired extra hands for bigger jobs. With over 35 years in plumbing, Gary has trained many apprentices, some of whom have started their own businesses or work for bigger companies.
