Terry oversaw major projects as a job foreman, including new educational facilities and high-rise offices. Terry also has a background in residential plumbing, constructing new homes from the ground up. Upon starting Welch Plumbing, he wanted to utilize his vast expertise to provide high-quality services at reasonable rates for regular customers.
