Called at 11:00 to request service on two toilets. Not only was the women on the phone extremely helpful but they had someone at my house in less than 40 minutes. This is the second time we've been lucky enough to have Kyle work on our issues. He's super efficient, friendly and professional. I have used them before and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. We highly recommend Welch Brothers!

I received quotes from several companies to replace a leaking water heater. Welch Brothers was the only one that came out to look at the job before providing me with a free estimate. Not only were they the most competitive without sacrificing the proposed installation of a top of the line water heater; on the day of installation, after procuring the necessary permit, they were fast, efficient, and professional. They cleaned the area when they were done, were very friendly during the whole operation, answered all my questions, brought things up to code (i.e. signage and CO monitor), and performed a seamless installation. I would definitely consider them for future jobs.

I called Welch Brothers to replace a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Derrick (I hope I got the name right) came out and provided excellent service. Everything looks great, he described everything he was doing, answered all questions, cleaned everything up when done - very thorough, professional job. They will be my choice the next time I need anything done.

I had to find a new HVAC person to get a furnace inspection and to check my TP valve on my water heater since my last guy was no longer in business. I went with Welch Brothers based on just reviews on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I made an on line request for service and even though I didn't receive a confirmation call or email, they adjusted their schedule to accommodate me.

Jim was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me simplistically. When he measured the pressure from the water heater, he made recommendations on how to handle the increased water pressure along with a quote for the parts and labor. He installed a new TP valve in the meantime to see if that will fix the water drainage but didn't push the recommendation unless the new TP valve didn't fix it.

I would definitely go back to them for future service!

I found this company on yelp , they had alot of good reviews so decided to try them. I was not wrong this company is the best, prompt and reasonably priced. I would most definetly recommend them to anyone that asks.

I had a very last minute gas stove installation that I needed done right away. One quick call and all was explained and the price seemed quite reasonable. Even on what I assume had to be short notice they were not only able to fit me in but fit me in early so as not to impede on the pickup of the uninstalled stove. The man who came this morning was very polite and helpful when I asked a few questions (and even pointed out a small fire hazard I was unaware of) Even with a small snag he had the job done in no time and the price was under the estimate - Will definitely use them again when the need arises

I am always nervous hiring any craftsman without a family or friend notification, and this was true for Welch's. I had a drain blockage in my kitchen, and my efforts weren't successful in breaking it up.

Welch's was fast, courteous, and effective. They called ahead of time to see if I was available, were clear about the plan to fix, and took care of the problem.

They weren't super cheap, but the price was reasonable and the service A+. I will absolutely use them again!

One of my heat pipes burst so I called Welch Bros based on 1 previous very successful visit.

They charge me 5 hours and 45 mins to drive from N. Chelmsford to Carlisle, MA to fix the pipe and add 2 gallons of antifreeze to the system.

I have inquired with other plumbers who say the time I was charged was EXCESSIVE.

Even if I subtract one hour of travel time, 4 hours and 45 minutes, almost 5 hours to make 1 fix and add antifreeze is excessive.

After calling a large number of plumbers in the area, we were referred to Welch Brothers from United Restaurant and we were thrilled with the results. Gary came out and gave us an estimate for the work, and then proceeded to answer any question I had over the next week. The work was completed when they said it would be and the plumbers that were here to do the work were extremely professional and polite. We have a new plumber for any future work and couldn't be happier.
