Unreliable. Came out once to see what tools he needed, left and never came back. Called to see what was going on, said they'd be out, never came back. If you don't want the job, at least let us know so we can get somebody else!

Unprofessional! Had a relatively small job but I was courteous enough to reach out when bad weather (snow) was going to hamper his ability to get to the location....on two occasions. We rescheduled two weeks ago for this weekend. Since I didn't hear from him to confirm the job, I reached out early in the day. No response! Sent another text after dinner to confirm the job for next morning and he replied with ""have a job that I have to finish"". WTH...how difficult would it have been to let me know yesterday or this morning that he had conflicts. Was he just going to be a ""no show""?

We have used Welborn Brothers for several years for our plumbing needs...always first class service at the right price. My grand daughter put a wash rag in the toilet and flushed it.
I spent 45 minutes with a plunger and snake and was unsuccessful. There is no need to fear, Bill Welborn was here within two hours and took care of the issue...Very reasonablle and timely. give him a try
