Dishonest scammers! They charged almost $1000 to ""fix"" my AC but then had to return since it wasn't working again a few weeks later. They didn't fix anything but charged almost $200 just for the service call. And NOW, the heat won't work. Had a friend take a look and discovered that the wire was intentionally unplugged and tucked neatly/hidden behind other wires! Obviously, they did this so we would have to call them to ""repair"" our heat! Disgusting.
