Had Weiler come out on a Thursday and was told my plumbing needed some work. Made an appointment for Monday and took the day off from work. I called at 10:30 and was told they would be here between 12:30 and 1:00. At 3:00 I called and they acted like I wasn't even on the work list for the day! Poor, poor customer service and communication. Needless to say I went somewhere else. Lud J Yards
Terrible Company. Terrible service. Call and call and they say they are coming out and never show. Had work done and it didn't work. Tried to get them back out and they didn't care, never refunded my money. The guy that came to my home, Ken, he looked like he was so high he could barely keep his eyes focused. Looked awful, smelled awful, if this is what the entire company represents no thank you. Go elsewhere. Had to call another company to repair anyway
Called them on Thursday, they said we will be there Tuesday morning, I took the day off work and waited, at 3:00 I called them, they said we are short of people so we can't come till either Friday or next Wednesday, I asked why they didn't at least call to let me know they were not coming, the girl on the phone just chuckled and said they were waiting to see how the day went.
Obviously I cancelled and called another plumber, if you can't or don't want to do the work you should tell the customers that, don't just chuckle and say oh well.
After getting a high estimate for a repair that I wasn't sure needed to be done, I called Weiler. They came out looked at the problem, and fixed it in less than an hour. The charge was considerable less than the first estimate, and it wasn't the high priced repair that the first company told me it was. I would have gotten ripped off by the first company for a repair that didn't need to be done.
Called Saturday morning, left a message on their emergency service voicemail. Their message said ""we will call you soon."" They called Monday mid-morning and verified my info, and ""the plumber will call you soon.""
Thursday afternoon I called them. ""We've had a couple guys out, the owner says he will call you tomorrow morning.""
At 11 this morning, I call again. The owner answers. ""I've got a guy out on vacation, and a job went long, and...."" on and on he went. ""I'll call you in 10 minutes to tell you when we'll be there.""
30 minutes later I call the competition. They literally arrived within 15 minutes. I called Weiler back and cancelled the service call.
Weiler used to be great. When you're not honest enough to tell me ""we can't be there for a week"" - you lose my business.
I have used Weiler a couple times now and the guys that came out did a great job, but told us it would be a certain amount, then when we get the bill its $60.00 more than what they said. They were there maybe 40min and charged us for 11/2Hrs. I called the office and explained that we were told it would be a certain amount. The lady on the phone should not be doing customer service, she treated me like I was lying and said fine I will have to call the service men. Well she left me a voicemail, she was snotty and said we discounted you the $60.00. I called to pay and explained again to her that we were not denying the charge of the Auger or the 1hr service. We were questioning the 1 1/2 Hr service we were charged, when they were only there 40 min. We understood we had to pay for 1hr. She stayed silent, she was bothered by my call.. Please if you want people to continue to use your business, you have to have excellent customer service. I will continue to use them, but will pay when they are on site and not get billed.
Tony V.Always had good luck with this company. They come out quickly and if you give them an idea of the problem, they always seem to have the needed supplies on the truck when possible. All the different plumbers that came out the various times were courteous and professional, especially when I called them to my mother's house. The price estimates all seemed to be along the lines of the area competitors.
Have used these people several times and loved them. Called about 3 weeks ago to have them check a heat tape. They were rude and told me I should of called sooner they were just in my area. They would let me know. Never heard a word from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hired someone else!!!!!
