Breach of contract. Keith Weible under bid all the other contracts, to eventually rip people off. He is very hard to reach as he rarely returns any phone calls. He promises to provide supplies per contract and give credits, but when it came to start supplying the products per his contract, he stated he was going to through personal & financial issues. According to other contractors, this is a common practice for Weible. I am out over $3,000.00 due to this scam of a company.
