I need lots of that industrial strength drain stuff. City came out. Their camera shows a wall of solid grease. They couldn't get through it to get all the way to the house. How does a reputable plumber miss that? Weiand had said this was the city's problem after 2 visits for the same issue. NOT!.

Everything went well! We had a leak in our family room and Gideon was wonderful. Had to replace pipes. He was neat and cleaned up each night. Today we had blockage in our pipes and were supposed to stop tomorrow. They stopped on way home so we wouldn't be inconvenienced! Who does that?!? Can't recommend them enough.

Had sewer pipe replaced. They dug it up and replaced it in the dark, said they would come back and even out the dirt. Never came back to even out. There are deep holes in my yard. Called several times over several months and issue was never resolved.
