Wegman Brothers came through for us yet again! We called with a radiator leak after moving into a new home- Wegman came right out, drained the radiator and calmed us about the situation and a plan for the repair.
And, even though Wegman Brothers might not've been the the previous home owners heating and cooling company; Wegman Brothers will definitely be handling our upcoming heating and cooling needs.

Their billing department over charges. They charged me for work they didn't do and then charged me for something I already paid off. Their lack of communication between the billing department and the laborers is terrible. Don't go with them unless you want to be quoted for one thing, told you have to pay for another then being over charged in the end.

Great plumbing service. We used to install a water heater. Service crew was very accommodating and could not have been friendlier. We'll definitely use for all future projects and repairs.

NOT worth the hype!! We were having an issue and called. The first guy (senior plumber) promptly came out and gave an estimate. Asked us to call the ""office"" to schedule the work. The office put off our job until the following week- yes, I did mention that we were having an issue! Three guys showed up to do the work because it was alleged to be labor intensive. Two out of the three were great. The third was less than adequate in customer service, skill/ability, and professionalism. He was rude and had to be urged by the lead plumber to do the right thing by he customer MORE than once. He was in a hurry and kept mumbling under his breath that he was supposed to have left before now. His work was shoddy and he needed constant redirection to check his work and do it right! NOT the kind of plumbing company you want to fix an issue! Quite disappointed.

Wegman Brothers just installed my furnace. They arrived on time and installed it right away. They did a great job. Before I hired them, I shopped around but could not find another company to even approach their price, honesty and ease to work with. It was very easy to get an appointment and they did not make me wait weeks to get the job done. They have my repeat business for the next job I need done to my home. I definitely recommend them!!!

Wegman Bros were sent by my home warranty company as a second opinion after ""Beyond Perfection"" left me high and dry. Wegman Bros were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, ON TIME, arriving in the morning which freed up the rest of my day to get things done.

Wegman Brothers installed a new heater and ac system in 2011.
They were professional and friendly - most importantly, the two servicemen who did the major installations (under the supervision of Bernie) knew what they were doing. They listened to my concerns (I had initial problems with some duct work and lack of air force from careless work done b/f I moved into my house) and FIXED the problem.
These guys are great - they were not the lowest price, but their price was fair and well worth it. I am happy to recommend this family owned company.

What more do you need?

These guys were dispatched by my home warranty company to replace my water heater, and they got it done the next day. They worked with the home warranty company to get it all paid for (rock!!), and they even answered some homeowner questions I had while they were here.

I wound up hiring them the next week to clean out my air ducts -- totally worth it.

Dependable, trustworthy, good non-creepy guys. I totally felt comfortable with them wandering around my house.
