We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28. We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, ""he installed the wrong pump"". the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was ""you have too much water""!

We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.

this was our family room, that had over 25 years of furniture, my deceased parents items, etc.

On top of the original thousands of dollars in damage.

We had a severely clogged toilet with a suspected toy being the problem. Service techs were very polite and worked quickly to discover the issue. Turns out we needed a new toilet. Back within a few days to install one we purchased ourselves to save some $$. When I thought maybe I still had an issue a few days after the work was completed, they came right back out and explained what the issue was (wasn't related to the original work done) and didn't charge me for the follow up and maintained their friendly, professional attitude throughout the process. I will definitely call them back for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Amazing! We had a basement flood after the insane amounts of rain last week! We thought the sump pump was working fine and that it was some other piping issue, and called Weeks. Turns out it was caused by the sump pump. Even though they had a ton of calls that day, they were out within an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable, and had it fixed in less than an hour! They didn't even rip us off! Will definitely be calling Weeks for any other plumbing issues in our he future!
