Something in the sewer line was occasionally backing up the toilets. Made an appointment with Weeks that was a few days out. But, the whole system backed up the next day. I called Weeks in a mild panic. They had someone over quickly and the problem was fixed. We've used them before, same great result. I would recommend them to anyone whether the job is big or small.

I've worked with several plumbers over the years and they either don't show up, are incompetent, overcharge or insist on doing work that really isn't necessary. I had a clogged kitchen drain and called Weeks Plumbing. They arrived as scheduled, cleared the clog (turned out it was 60 feet down the sewer line), hooked all of the drain pipes back up, made sure nothing leaked, and left everything clean and tidy. Clearing the pipe took quite a while and even required a trip up on the roof, so I was worried about how much this would cost, but I the charge was very reasonable and I'm delighted. This is now the only plumber in my contact list.

Super responsive. Honest as can be unlike many in the area when it comes to dealing with owners of second homes. When they didn't have anyone available to respond to an emergency Weeknd call, they coordinated with of their competitors reach out and handle at no cost. I had a leak that could not be located at my condo at The Lakes CC. It was causing a 26 gallons/water usage per hour. With the help from The Lakes facilities I found Weeks Plumbing who came to the rescue. The crew was great, very professional, very reasonable and working with our Facilities folks you wouldn't know there was a blade of grass that had been dug up between the very large Palm Trees and the hidden cracked pipe. I have nothing but stars to give Weeks Plumbing and wouldn't think twice about recommending them again.

Weeks plumbing have been outstanding to work with. We restore mid century homes that usually need a lot of help and Kenny and all his guys have been awesome to work with. Plumbing is one of those trades where you need competence and brawn at the rough in stage and then gentle finesse for the finish work, most plumbing company's I've dealt with in the past are good at one but not both. Kenny's guys are stellar at both! Some standouts are Ladon, Riccardo, Patrick and Tim but everyone who has been sent to us has been awesome. Also the lady who schedules is really nice on the phone. Love this company.

Such a nice company to deal with. Excellent customer service and very fair prices. It's hard to believe the other review I read was talking about the same company. The people I met had extreme attention to detail and the owners care very much about their business the satisfaction of their customers. I would highly recommend them. When I called I spoke to the owner and I liked that he was able to give me details about my Plumbing situation that convince me I definitely needed the help of a professional like him. Highly satisfied and I will be using them again in the future.

Weeks Plumbing did an awesome job. I had another very popular leak detection company come locate a leak for me which turned out to be right in front of the house at a spigot. The charge to locate was 250 and repair was 950. So $1200 to locate, dig down 18 inches, cut a small section of pvc (less than 6 inches), and repair leak. In shock, I called Weeks Plumbing on a Saturday morning to get another opinion. Kenny came out on Saturday morning looked at it, and notified me that the detection didn't really require special equipment due to the fact the leak was noticeable if you just moved some dirt by the the spigot. In addition to his honesty about the location he had the leak fixed for a fee less the location fee that the other company charged. Yes, Weeks Plumbing is busy with larger jobs, but they do still do small jobs and they did me a huge favor. Great to know there are still ethical companies around.

We live out in the desert in a house built in the 60's and they did a wonderful job getting our pluming issues fixed and the price was very fair. I would have them back or refer them to any of our neighbors.

Weeks Plumbing was used by our general contractor and boy do we regret it. Weeks screwed up our remodel at every turn. Right from the start, they cut a clearly marked post tension foundation cable costing us over a week in repairs. They cut a hole in our roof for a vent on a Friday afternoon knowing a big storm was coming over the weekend (we had to have a roofer patch the hole, in the rain, on a Saturday). They then set a new toilet in the wrong place in the floor and concreted it in without checking their placement. Since it was too late, we had to make our shower smaller than planned and order a new vanity in order to try and cover their mistake. This caused the shower to be too small to use, and the toilet now very close to the shower door and also hard to use. So Weeks Plumbing ruined the entire reason for us to remodel our house--to have a showpiece guest bathroom. To top it all off, they installed the shower valve backwards (so it would not turn on all the way) and they also reversed the hot and cold water! I cannot tell you how disappointed we are with their work and should be embarrassed for even charging us the sky high price they did (my general contractor was in fact embarrassed to pass along their bill to us so they had to eat part of it). Weeks Plumbing attention to detail is literally ZERO. We will have to live with their mistakes for the rest of the time we have the house instead of enjoying the finished project. Luckily my general contractor fired them over this debacle, but they are still out there. Consumer beware. My advice is avoid them like the plague!
