Ben and his crew are great, and I would absolutely use them for any plumbing project large or small (and have--they both fixed a few burst pipes for my condo association during the big freeze and just completed a full repiping of our very old building).

Weekend gave us a fair quote, was proactive about suggesting a better approach once they had begun the work, and did everything possible to keep costs down as they were doing the project. They were responsive and polite, and very thoughtful about how to reduce the disruption to our residents during the repipe. I was always able to reach them by phone or email and they were consistently able to explain how the project was going and what concerns they had. At no point did I feel like the team was being anything other than transparent and collaborative, and they were happy to share the specifics of their work and make suggestions for future improvements once we have more funds.

Cannot say enough good things about this team, particularly around working with the weird old pipes present in a turn of the century building. Heartily recommend!

Ben was amazing! He even asked if he could come a day EARLIER than planned! Who does that? I also really like that he sends automated texts to let you know exactly when he'll arrive. It's so nice not to have tons of keep a 4 hour window open!
