James was great! After he was done addressing my water heater he made sure to ask if there was any thing else that he could do for us and it was only then that I remembered that I needed some work on the garbage disposal. He was friendly, outgoing, informative, and seem like an all-around nice guy. I have used Wedgeworth plumbing before and I've always had good service. I'll definitely use them in the future!

The pricing for the amount of work here is ridiculous. I had a guy come check the problem for my bath tub because it was leaking. He charge us 100 dollars to caulk gun and tighten up a screw, he did not notify before doing it because if he would've told me he was charging 100 I would've done it myself. He did not discuss anything with me before working on my leak just asked for money for diagnostic test which was a simple caulk gun and loose screw. Overall bad experience although he did arrive on time.

Although we had a misstep the first time we scheduled the plumbers to come out and they didn't show, the second time they were on time. Called to make sure they worked in buildings over 4 stories...first plumber showed up an hour late only to inform me that they didn't work in 6 story buildings. Erica scheduled my appointment for the next day first thing. Very professional and pleasant.

Got the heads up call about twenty minutes before Rex arrived. He was on time and ready to work. Reviewed all the issues that needed to be addressed, gave me a quote on the spot and proceeded to tackle the job. Installed a new garbage disposal, removed a non-functioning instant water heater, fixed a broken bathroom sink faucet and replaced a dripping tub valve. He was courteous, neat and made sure all worked before he wrapped up.

I highly recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing! Rex made sure everything was cleaned up and I was satisfied with the job. Will use these guys again! Thanks!
