They of course did a pretty good job. I had them install our water conditioner for us. The actual water conditioner was loose and leaked when they were done setting it up and they didn't really bother to fix it so they unhooked it and told me to call them back when I got it figured out. When I called them back I suggested to just lay it on the floor to get a better grip of the bottom in order to tighten it which worked.

Called Wedgeworth late yesterday evening for an issue with the bathtub/shower in the guest bathroom. Not only was I able to get on the schedule for today, they showed up in the time window they said they would come in, and very quickly identified the issue and repaired the problem. I've finally found a plumbing company I trust.

If you're looking for a good plumber for those pesky home repairs, you can feel very comfortable with Wedgeworth Plumbing. We had an issue that required attention towards the end of the day. The people here were great. They answered the phone with a great attitude and willingness to help. They didn't wait to schedule for another day. They had a proactive approach to helping a customer in need. One of their guys, Donnie, came as soon as he finished with another client. Their communication was good and Donnie was punctual. He was rock solid. He was able to fix our problem in a very timely fashion. He had all the parts, tools, helpful, made sure the problem was fixed to our satisfaction and was clean. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We had toilet issues, so we contacted Wedgeworth Plumbing. From the beginning, Dee was amazing and easy to work with. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He also didn't mind all my questions, which can be a lot. He communicated throughout the whole process and it is much appreciated. The tunneling and re-piping under our house looks awesome and the crew cleaned up everything afterwards. Do not hesitate to call Wedgeworth Plumbing and ask for Dee!!

i've gone through at least 3 plumbers this year, it's not been great. i'll keep this short and sweet by saying that wedgeworth showed up when they said they would, had an accurate quote for work, completed the work in a professional fashion, kept my house as clean as possible, and made sure the work was completed without leaks. the owner himself showed up (twice!) to make sure things were going alright. this is head and shoulders ahead of any plumber i've dealt with this year. i highly recommend them to anyone who may be using them for personal or rental properties. they're my go-to now.

My company concierge service found Wedgeworth for me and verified they could do the service I needed. I booked an appointment over a week ago with them from 2-4 pm today. I get called at 5 pm they are 20 minutes away. 45 minutes later, they finally show up when it's dinner time and I am trying to get my 3 young children to sit and eat. Then I get a quote 6x more than I have been quoted for the same service.

Needless to say, they won't be earning by business and will be removed from my company's concierge service.

I had a water leak underground right outside the house where the pipe leads inside. My trusty handyman I've used for years had too many jobs, so I had to call someone else. My brother used Wedgeworth before, and he was pleased with the quality of their work. So, I scheduled an appointment with them. Two guys (James and another guy) came out a week later. It was a total joke. They walked back and forth poking here and there, and about 20 minutes later, they told me it's not the plumbing problem, but it was the sprinkler system leaking somewhere. And they don't do sprinkler system. Charged me $192 just to replace a spigot.

So, I took their words for it and scheduled a sprinkler system guy visit. Luckily, my handyman was finally available and came by. He dug just a little down, which the Wedgeworth guys never bothered to do, and guess what? It had nothing to do with the sprinkler system. It was the main pipe leading from outside into the house that was oozing water. The sprinkler system appointment was cancelled, and now my handyman guy is going to fix this. So, the incompetence of these Wedgeworth guys really ticked me off. Highly NOT recommended!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is only the 2nd review I have ever written. I discovered a water leak on Feb 16 at 8 pm (during the freeze). I called Wedgeworth on Wed, Feb 17 at 8:45 am. I told the woman who answered that I wanted to get on the repair list. I gave her my name, address and phone number. She told me it would be the Friday after next (Feb 26) before I would get service. I had not heard from them so I called on Thur, Feb 25 at 10:43 am. No one answered. I left a voice mail asking for a status update and explained I was on the waiting list. I left my name and number. No response. I called again on Wed, Mar 3 at 10:48 am. Their message sais they would RETURN ALL CALLS. I again left a message with my name and number asking for a status update. By this time, I am stressing out that they are ignoring me completely. This is the ONLY plumber I had called. It had been over two weeks since I had water. As of today I have not heard from Wedgeworth. I never asked to skip the line. I expected to wait, but for them to never respond is totally unacceptable. I finally found another plumber who took 1 1/2 hours to repair the leak.

Another excellent experience with Wedgeworth! James helped us select the right toilet for our replacement project, then did a great job installing it. We've used Wedgeworth a number of times and each experience has been good - reliable quote, competent technicians, excellent work.
