Used my ladder, used filled my bathroom trash with their trash,
Left my basement and bathroom a mess.
Didn't clean up their work area- told me and I do quote.
"" I could clean up, but just so you know we do charge by the hour"".
Of course, I didn't want to pay more, I already was struggling to afford the repair. Ends up it didn't matter; it was a quote. Would have been same amount over or under.
I called and asked for a slight refund for my time having to clean up their work, all I got was ""sorry about that"".
My time is just as valuable as theirs, and I already paid for the clean up, why should I have to do it.

I live in Arizona but have been flying home to the Kankakee area often as of recently. So yesterday I was remodeling my mothers home tearing up the kitchen tile when I realized there was a huge leak coming from the refrigerator supply line. I called Webster's Plumbing and we discussed specific solutions. I was impressed with their honesty and genuine style of doing business. I highly recommend Webster's Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumbing company in the Kankakee area!

We were scheduled to have a bathtub unclogged. No time was specified by Webster, we were told they would be by ""some time tomorrow."" My boyfriend received a call from Webster at 2:15 while out with our dog, call was missed and message left to call back. He called back 10 minutes later and was told he should have answered and we have to pay extra to get someone out on overtime.

It's hard to find a good plumbing service that takes pride in their work and values their customers. This is what we found with Webster's and they have been, hands down, the best and most straightforward service we've used. John has been to our home twice now and both times I felt like it was worth every penny. I learned a lot about my plumbing, he was upfront with me about everything, the job was done well and I got an itemized breakdown after we were through. In contrast, another subcontracted plumbers from a kitchen remodel was vague on pricing, quoted extra jobs upfront at crazy high prices and left us confused and angry after one thing kept leading to another and seemingly never ended. If you don't call Webster's this time, keep them in mind. If another service you do call isn't really agreeing with you, call them next. It's always nice to know a good plumber whenever you need one and it's really nice not feeling shafted just because something big came up and you need some extra help.

Our bathtub faucet all of a sudden turned to a light trickle. I called Webster's mid-afternoon on a Wednesday, and by 9am Thursday morning they had someone at our home to access the situation.
Jason was the gentleman that they sent and we cannot say enough good things about him.
He was personable, cleaned up after himself, but most importantly - he was HONEST.
Our issue was fixed in just over an hours time and at a reasonable rate.
I highly recommend Webster's(and Jason specifically) to anyone looking for honest, quality plumbing work that won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Had clogged supply line to lower level bathroom. They said they are familiar with the problem I described. They showed up and had everything running great in an hour. Friendly people with knowledge of the trade. Fair pricing too.

Awful, on the weekend you call and get an answering machine they must not check. I called 8 hours ago, and have yet to receive a callback. In the meantime, my AC is out. I won't be calling them again, and will make sure my friends know what horrible customer service they have.

Terrible business. They overcharge and do horrible work. We've had to pay someone else to redo everything Websters did.
