I called for a quote to get a shower faucet and sink faucet replaced, they came out same day, they quoted 130 an hour and said it would take 2 hours to get both done, since I didnt have the shower faucet on hand even though it was on it's way from marble falls, they said they would come out the next morning around 9am, they did not show up, so I called around 930. The owner said I wasnt on the schedule and I was supposed to call when I had the faucet for the shower. That was not discussed prior, so i told them i would like to have the shower faucet replaced only and wait on the sink. They arrived around 1:30 and got finished at 3:30.
I was charged $340 for a 2 hour shower faucet replacement job that was supposed to take 1 hour and cost 130 an hour .
Wont be using this service again.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.
I would highly recommend them. Hard working and fair prices.

Glenn was awesome!!! We had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a property that we have in Spicewood and he worked me in at the last minute to help. I didn't even have to be there and since it is a one hour drive for me, I was so relieved. He ended up having to cap it off because the parts to fix it were not common. I was thinking I would be in for a long repair process and have to search for the parts. When Glenn called to keep me posted on the job, he had already called to find the parts! They were expensive so he checked with me about options and we decided that was our best for the price so he ordered them for me and told me to pay when we got it fixed. THEN, the same week, our air conditioner pan overflowed sending water down through a ceiling and walls onto a bedroom floor. It was so maddening!! Again, Glenn came right out and stopped the leaks until I could get the AC guys out there. I can't compare his prices because I didn't get any estimates...but it was definitely worth what I paid considering the water would have cost so much more damage if it hadn't been stopped AND Glenn makes sure he does a thorough job and you can trust him to do it right. I don't know how to put a price on trust...it's almost priceless but that is what you have with Glenn.
