My WaterHeater busted after 5pm Monday night, I called a couple of plumbers and basically waited for the first one to respond. Long story short,Webster plumbing was at my house by 6:30, disconnecting and prepping my old WHtr for removal and by noon Tuesday afternoon, I was running hot water again. I got a call back on Monday and scheduled an appointment for today to fix my slow hot water in my kitchen sink. Two plumbers came over and fixed my problem by installing a new value for my hot water, it was completed in 30 minutes. They showed me what the problem was too much sediment in the line and broken pieces of the value. Good guys, thx.

We're currently in week 3 of quarantine due to Covid 19 coronavirus pandemic. My kids sinks both are clogged. I haven't seen another human outside my family in days. I call 3 other plumbers, they're not making house calls. One guy recommends Webster. In under an hour cheerful and efficient Randy comes to the door respectful of social distancing requirements. He waits to be let in sporting a mask and gloves. It takes him all of 10 minutes to fix the problem, and clean up the area. Thank you Randy for coming out. Thank you Webster for working during this unsettling time. 5 stars!

A big ""Shout Out"" to Webster Plumbing & Heating for donating hundreds of masks to Morristown Medical Center and Newton Medical Center during this difficult time. They are truly a ""Love Thy Neighbor"" business. Many of the plumbers at Webster are also volunteer firefighters for the community and are always stepping up in times of crisis. We've needed plumbing done in our home in the past and they were quick to respond and reasonably priced. Webster Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing and then replacing my boiler, which was certainly no easy task in my crawlspace. I had them back in a week later to replace my outside hose bib with a frost-free one. Every plumber I talked to kept me up to speed through every part of the process and offered me great advice for maintenance. Best of all, there was no trouble at all scheduling appointments. Their prices are very competitive with local competitors, and I trust the work that they did.

After calling three or four other plumbers in the area who were not able to come on the same day and some who did not even pick up the phone, I called Webster plumbing and heating. The dispatcher picked up the phone within 10 seconds and had a plumber at my house within 15 minutes.

The plumber who arrived was named Kevin Ford. He was super professional and courteous and within 15 minutes he had completely fixed a serious clog In one of our toilets.

He was careful to lay out a tarp so as not to make any mess. Hey saved the day!

I strongly recommend Webster plumbing and heating and if you can ask for Kevin. Five stars!
