The only reason they're getting 2 stars and not one is because this company has some a bit of work for us in the past and it worked out. However, I am currently trying to sell my house and need to have a gas fire place insert installed. A plumber came out and did a quote and recommended a company to get the insert at. I was told it was not required I go there. I called to schedule. They actually scheduled me for 2 days since I was in a time crunch. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the insert for the first date, but I had it at my house for the 2nd. I called that morning to confirm, as I hadn't heard, and the number was forwarded to the owner's line (mark). He told me it didn't sound familiar and that he would call me back. Instead, the gas plumber, Bill, called me back and told me that the company had CANCELLED my appointment for 2 reasons. One: they called the gas stove company and was told I didn't get a stove there and Two: I didn't call and tell them I had a stove. I was never told I had to call them and I spoke with the plumber, Bill, who told me that it was not required to buy from that recommended company. I close on my house on Monday, Bill doesn't work Friday's and they are doing a walk through this weekend. Additionally, they booked Bill through today and Tomorrow (wed/thurs) with no opportunity to put me back on the schedule. They never called to tell me it was cancelled or to ask me about the stove. Additionally, it took 3 phone calls with the company / owner to even find the quote that one of their plumbers did. I called Meetze (sp?) who will be out at my house in less than 4 hours.

This man Mr. Webster came to my house and changed a hose bib and capped off a spicket from a leaking pipe. he was there for about 90 minutes and charged me $635. The materials could have been bought at a hardware store for less than $10. After this the pipe began leaking again and he dodged my calls until I gave up. I would not recommend him to anyone at any time.

They serviced, cleaned and fixed our gas log now it works great! Daniel did a great job and explained the specifics of the gas fire place well. My first time using this company. I would use them again.

If I could rate at a ZERO, I WOULD!!!! The customer service was absolutely horrible. The technician did not resolve the issue. In fact, he only cleaned the pilot and thermopile but it continued to go out while he was here. He turned off the gas source to the pilot and was supposed to order a part for repairs. Of course when he did not fix the issue, I did not pay the invoice of $145. I called the office and informed them of the issue and was told manager/owner would call me back. Needless to say, that never happened. 1 year later I received another invoice stating that he completed the repairs all the while the gas remains off to my fireplace and he never replaced the part. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY GAS FIREPLACE SERVICES!!!! Connie S.

This site is so difficult for leaving reviews. Webster gas is the ONLY company I trust with my gas and water pipes. After 2 other companies had been out Webster found 11 gas leaks. They stayed for 2 days and did a 24 pressure test, something other companies refused to do. Trust Webster, they come through. We had a major blockage and 4 bathrooms were unusable. I called them at 9PM and they were there at 9AM the next morning. It only took them an hour to fix it, and for under $300.
