We bought a house in February of 2022. We were quoted by and hired Weber's for a complete house re-pipe for $10,000. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism at that time. Fast forward to now (10 months later), we are having outdoor landscaping done. Landscapers noticed that one outdoor spicket was not working and no water was getting to drip lines on that side of house (makes sense now as we have a dead plant/tree over there). So, we called Weber's to come take a look. It was found that the section on piping to that spicket was never re-piped. It was a small job and the plumber fixed it that day. He did an excellent job. We were surprised though to receive a bill from Weber's for that work. We originally paid them $10,000 for a complete house re-pipe. They simply missed that small section, obviously. We paid the bill because it's not worth the fight for us. However, we cannot recommend Weber's due to the poor management of this situation, which should have been very easily resolved.

My review and sentiiments echo those of Bill H. dated 10/28/20. Webers was one of three bids that I received to fix a broken sewer line. Ian gave me a thorough bid and it was ""by far"" the lowest of the other two bids. I gave them the work, which they completed professionally the following day. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. I will use them again and they are highly recommended!

Dustin returned my call quickly. He was able to come within 2 hours and complete the job. Our pressure regulator broke and we were not getting any water. He replaced the part in about 20 minutes or so. We are grateful for the quick service. Price was very reasonable.

Small licensed company that goes way above and beyond where service is concerned. The installed a faucet, a garbage disposer, and fixed a stripped thread situation in the bathtub drain. Previous plumber was installing a new tub shoe and stripped the drain threads (previous plumber said the threads were stripped when the original shoe was installed, which was a lie, and then proceeded to tell me the whole tub drain apparatus under the tub would have to be replaced). Weber was recommended on my employer's internal Wiki. Made an appointment, and plumber arrived early, assessed the situation, and less than two hours later all was done. No drains removed/replaced---just know-how and elbow grease on that tub situation. After the plumber left, everything was working but water flow/pressure was low. I thought they had put the wrong supply lines in, and asked them to come back out to fix it. Owner AND the plumber came together. Turns out, the standard supply lines on faucets now are skinny little things designed to save water and on some Moen faucets you cant swap them out. So all was as it should be, but they did put in a different aerator on the faucet (which helped quite a bit). Since the problem was not a result of an error on their part, I offered to pay them for their time, but owner said, ""Don't worry about it. No charge."" Webers is my plumber for life, or at least for as long as I live in Tucson. Great service, knowledgeable, fantastic work, and HONEST!
