I've hired Weber three times now, once for a routine cleaning and twice when my old lines clogged. They were clean and courteous every time, and were able to get to us in a timely manner. It's a terrible feeling when you cant use the facilities in your own home.

Is a service call pricey? Sure, but they come with all the tools to get the job done and they work with the dirtiest part of your home without flinching.

Our toilet was clogged. The plunger wasn't getting the job done, so we called these guys. Two men came to the house. One man waited on the front porch while the other went upstairs, dropped an auger (snake) into the toilet and unclogged the pipe. The job took less than 90 seconds and we were charged 108 dollars. The average neurosurgeon working in Manhattan charges less for their time. Absolutely absurd. Needless to say, we won't be patronizing them again.

I'm giving them two stars instead of one because they didn't set anything on fire or steal anything.
