Honestly hate that I have to write a negative review for a small business but unfortunately, the clogged toilet issue was not solved and payment was still taken.
This whole experience that I had is something I still cannot digest so I must speak out about it.
I do appreciate the attempt but to take the initial payment estimate when the toilet was left in the same condition is a bit beyond what I would expect from any business.

The steps that were taken were the same steps that my boyfriend and I were taking with no plumbing experience so unfortunately, I do not recommend.
Furthermore, he left my house stating that a new toilet was required.

My boyfriend and I just fixed the issue.
