Perhaps you need your wood deck cleared, cleaned, and re-sealed?
Maybe the walls need new panels?
Or are the electric sockets and lighting not quite what they used to be?
Could it be that much and more? You bet it is!

I know you're not interested in paying a ton of money to a company that will simply hire out un-named help either, right?

If that's the case, I recommend you call Weatherproof-it as soon as you can and ask for Mike.

Mike does excellent work and I really appreciate him. He is reliable and his prices are extremely reasonable. My Vernon Hills condo was experiencing stink bugs. Mike weather proofed the sliders and windows to keep them out. I was out of options and it seems he have solved the problem. He is now my ""go to"" resource if I have any home repair issue.
