After having many bad experiences with contractors we found Mike through Yelp he was real fast to get back to us his price is very reasonable he removed our concrete steps fixed our rotting wood on the house and built us replacing steps exactly how we wanted them we will definitely be using him again great job mike!

Fantastic guy. My parents have been reluctant for sometime to get some things fixed around the house because they couldn't find anyone trustworthy until I came across Mike's listing. I immediately had my parents call and Mike answered immediately and came a few days later. He gave an estimate and followed up to come and do the work and my parents were pleased. Maybe the walls need new panels?
Or are the electric sockets and lighting not quite what they used to be?
Could it be that much and more? You bet it is!

I know you're not interested in paying a ton of money to a company that will simply hire out un-named help either, right?

Mike does excellent work and I really appreciate him. He is reliable and his prices are extremely reasonable. My Vernon Hills condo was experiencing stink bugs. Mike weather proofed the sliders and windows to keep them out. I was out of options and it seems he have solved the problem. He is now my ""go to"" resource if I have any home repair issue.
