Damien K.The company simply lacks communication and customer service. I had the technician out to assess and then set up a replacement for a water heater in one of my rental properties. He said he could do the replacement Saturday (2 days later which is quick). He advised my tenant to drain and disconnect the water heater. Completely unacceptable without my permission, then didn't show up because I had not verified my address. I had texted him all my information the first time we spoke. Contractors are a dime a dozen, choose a different company and save yourself the hassle.
