I spoke with several plumbers, one of whom came over and gave me a price for replacing the water heater. I asked if it was unusual that I continued to have hot water, even though the basement floor was very wet (I assumed from the water heater). He said it was possible depending where the heater leak was. I ended up having Doug do the work and when he arrived, he said the old heater wasn't leaking, that the leak was coming from outside the basement. He showed me a wet patch of ground near the basement and offered to dig and repair what he was sure was a broken pipe. I ended up having Doug replace the water heater anyway because of its age (12-ish). He was just great to work with and I would definitely call him anytime I have plumbing issues.

I'm leaving a five star review for Doug because he did an amazing job clearing out our pipes. He was in communication with us on the timing showed up on time explained everything to us did an amazing job and then cleaned up when he was done. I really appreciated that professionalism and the knowledge and the customer service that he brought. This is why I'm leaving a five-star review and recommending this company.
