I would not recommend this company for a/c repair or service at all. After numerous visits and nearly $1500 spent on figuring out why my system was freezing and not cooling the home we had only managed to work around the actual problems. They replaced coolant twice and that's incredibly expensive yet never did a thorough check to find a leak (which the next provider found in less than two seconds). They never checked to see if there was a problem with the damper motors which turned out to actually have a product notice from Honeywell that they were expected to fail (I ended up replacing them myself for ~$30 each). I never knew how bad these guys were at their jobs until I changed companies and they were able to get my system all back to good in just two quick visits. Amazing.

I had an air conditioner that I had ban-aided way too many times. They came out and told me that I needed to have a piece replace that would be about $4500 or I could talk with someone about a new system. They had a specialist come out the next day with an estimate for what I needed and it wasn't too much more than the repair. He was able to schedule the work in the next couple of days. Within a week I went from roasting to cool. Price was fair, work was great. Just what I needed when I needed it.

Consumer beware!! What do you think of a large HVAC company that sends a repair person that essentially tries to persuade you not to try to repair it, by inflating the cost of added coolant or other possible repairs? Our 7 year old gas pack was diagnosed as out of coolant and if it ran long like that it could have damaged the condenser, coils, etc. It could possibly cost 3500 to repair. He could add coolant, but it could cost up to $130 per lb and you'd have that $700 investment in and it may not solve the problem. He was quick to suggest assistance from their sales team. The sales guy came over within an hour and gave us a quote. Thank goodness we remembered an HVAC contact we had used in the past. He came by the following morning, tested the lines and found the leak, repaired it, filled up the coolant, didn't charge an arm and a leg....AND WE'RE COOL AGAIN! A $500 repair compared to a $7000+ replacement. I'm so glad that there are still good people in this world!! No thanks to WeatherMaster!!

DO NOT use their ""no interest"" financing if you don't plan on paying it back in 11!!! - not 12 months. By the time you pay the first bill, you are already behind and if you are 1 day late or 1 cent short at the end of the promotional period you are due the whole finance charge anyways. Make sure to send in your payment at least 1 week in advance since they will take their sweet time to deposit it - all designed to make sure you end up missing the deadline. My bank was charged 5 days before they claimed receipt of the payment!!! Sending out the check before the due date is apparently not covered in any sort of grace period. What f***ed up crooks they use for their financing. The system is designed to fail, to get extra free money. You can't just simply pay it off either, you must ask for a payoff amount... God knows how much kick back WM gets from the financing crooks.
So if I only help one customer avoid this BS, I am content.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and work. This is the company my builder used for our house and they did a crap job insulating the duct work around the vents, therefore my vents have condensation on them in the summer from the AC. This was addressed last summer while the house was still under warranty and they responded out and claimed to fix it and the ceiling part was even replaced from the water damage. This summer its happening again because they never fixed anything and the ducts are still not properly insulated. Now they want to charge me because the house is no longer under warranty...but it was when the same problem was first reported and they didn't do their job to fix it. Don't use this company. You will get shoddy work.

A few years ago, our AC quit during a 100-degree week. Although we had two companies come out, we still made a rash decision and went with Weather Master. A few issues with this company ... please do your research before calling them.
They have a few financing companies and the one we got stuck with is horrendous, and we ended up paying it off early so we would not have to work with them another day.
FF three years and our way too expensive thermostat's screen went out. (Note, once it went out I was reading reviews and it has TERRIBLE reviews.) A technician came out and he was going to replace it with one that would not cost nearly as much as the original. Well, guess what? When he tried to replace it, he informed me that our Lennox furnace was wired so it is ONLY compatible with that over-priced thermostat! We can't change it even though we wanted to! Of course, they didn't have what I needed in stock, so it had to be ordered. I was told it would take just a few days for the part to come in.
Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I called them. Oh. They said. It just arrived today. Hmmm. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come to install it. I stay home from work for the installation, and an hour later, he still has not shown up. I called the company and received NO apology just a rescheduled service call. He shows up for this one, and he wasn't able to install it because he isn't trained on how to install this type of thermostat. Are you kidding me?
We scheduled, now our fourth visit, for this issue. He showed up on time, but it literally took him 3 hours to install it. While he was here, he pulled out a part of our duct system to show us how dirty it was. Well, guess what? The company was paid to replace all of our ductwork when we had the new system installed. That was only 3 years ago so this confused us. This was followed by a sales pitch for thousands of dollars of equipment that will keep our ducts clean and sanitary.

Not the best customer service! I want to say that the technicians were very nice though.

Be aware of their warranty policy, my system is 4 years old and needs a new zone circuit board which is under warranty but they want to charge $99 service and $255 for installation of ""warranteed"" part. BTW very simple part to replace.

Andrew came to preform our fall checkup and couldn't have been more professional. He was detailed in what he did as well as a suggestion or two without trying to "" sell"" anything.
He was very personable.
Called ahead to give arrival time and was spot on.

I contacted Weather Master (HVAC) because they are listed as contractors used by my home builders. Within 1 year we started having cooling problems, and when reported to builder they sent weather master and Weather master technician claimed that "" flaps needed to be adjusted"" . We noticed same problem again and reported to Weather Master directly, since house is not under builder's warranty after 1 yr. Technician came up with bill of $1690.00. When questioned about why this was not properly diagnosed in year 1, Lamore ( phone agent) promised that she will check with her boss and come back. Till to-date she has not. Now I am dealing with coil breakage/leakage on a less than 4 yr old brand new house. When upsets me more is that this issue was reported under 1 yr.

Here are charge details:
Leak Detection- Electronic Leak Detector: $225.60
Then they charged told me additional charge to repair for 1691.14. So total: 1916.74. However, my credit card is charged for $225.60 and $1813.75, so total charge of $2039.35
Till to-date I don't have invoice but my credit card is charged. Till to-date I sent numerous email to Lamore (phone agent), but received no response via email or mail in writing. All at best, they tried to do is call me in work hours and left a generic message.

They are not transparent in their cost and repair. With the behavior they showed, they are considered liars and cheaters. Please do your research, all negative reviews are 100% true and I don't trust positive reviews( made up).

Lastly, if you call after office hours, staff suppose to be more efficient and alert, I found them half sleepy and gave me a feeling they are mentally absent (under the influence). Example: I told them clearly my problem with cooling issues, person lists as heating issues. I told agent cancel appointment for next day (appointment was in next morning), agent responds back saying oh I will let agent know to come to your place. He is on his way. I told them clearly that its a known issue reported earlier, but explained them line by line again and person kept asking me to repeat and repeat. Extremely unprofessional staff. When reported of this issue, Lamore told me they are sub-contractors and not directly affiliated with company. But, yet you still put them on line to talk to customers.

We have a service contract with Weather Master and our system is only 3 years old and under warranty. The technician did a great job and was thorough (here about 3 hours).

we needed a new capacitor installed and we were charged about $140 even though it took him less than 5 additional minutes on a maintenance call that was prepaid.

The part he installed is on Amazon for $30.

While the technician is very competent the policies of this company are not customer focused. Use a different company to avoid this type of treatment.
