I wish I could post a review with zero stars.
Tom completely scammed me out of money.
I elected We The Plumbers to work on installing ductless AC units throughout my home. He came out the first time, was very clean-cut, explained everything to me and provided a quote. He presented himself with upstanding character, knowledge, and care for his customers.
The second time he came out he was a completely different character. He was a mess, possibly high or drunk. I had already given them a deposit and hoped maybe he was just having a bad day. Then suddenly he completely disappeared. We were able to track down a relative of his who advised he was not such a good person and had been running scams on people. He even put on a grand performance about how it was better to venmo the deposit payment so that they could ""get me on the schedule"" faster. This man violated my home, my trust, and should be ashamed of himself for presenting himself as an upstanding Veteran.
Total con-artist.

If you need a plumber- stop searching and call Tom at We The Plumbers! Seriously. I wish I could give these guys a million stars. I can't say enough great things about Tom and his team! They are professional, on time and very helpful.

Tom was honest and respectful but also straightforward which I appreciated. We the Plumbers care about their clients- when you are trusting someone to fix something you know nothing about you want to make sure they have your best interest and that's exactly what Tom has for his clients.

I don't know anything about plumbing and Tom walked me through every little thing. Literally. Every. Little. Thing. (I ask a lot of questions) He was there via text, phone call and was truly trying to resolve my issue. His customer service is out of this world.

Problem I was having: water flooding basement when shower was used, toilet, dishwasher etc... he stopped by my home for 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue. I was 10 days in to being a first time home buyer. Serious nightmare. Tom moved mountains and I know he would do the same for all his clients.

I am now almost 30 days in and no flooding in the basement and everything works!

I don't know why your honestly still reading this review. If you need a plumber, call Tom!

I had a leak coming from my upstairs toilet and Tom took the time to look around and evaluate the problem. He explained in detail what the issue was and the work required to fix it. Since it was a big job, we discussed a payment plan and he created an electronic invoice within minutes to schedule the work. I even called him the day before he was supposed to come about another plumbing issue I had, and he was quick to say what he would need to do and was ok with adding it to the job. All of the pricing was reasonable, his customer service was excellent, and his flexibility was appreciated. I would definitely hire him again (but hopefully I don't need to haha). Oh! There's also a cleaning service that comes in after the work is done at no additional cost!
