Recently we had no heat.. I called 123 Plumbing, got a call back in 10 minutes.. Mike showed up within 2 hours and fixed my heat with no up charge.. Easy to work with and did exactly what he promised. I highly recommend 123 plumbing.

I was asked by an acquaintance to recommend a good plumbing company to replace a leaking water tank. I saw the very positive reviews for We Show Up 123 Plumbing, and recommended them to this person.

Unfortunately, this person turns out to have a serious problem with treating trades people properly. She had We Show Up 123 take care of her warranty, and pick up a new tank for her - then planned to leave them hanging with the expenses they'd already incurred for her benefit, to take some other plumber who offered a lower rough estimate. I told the person that I'd pay We Show Up 123 myself, but would be very angry with her for having to do it. So the person kept We Show Up 123 on the job, but treated them very badly for the duration. Her walkway to her basement was icy, and a plumber moving in the new tank slipped and was injured. She complained continuously about the cost, though the estimate was fair. They even did an extra job on her system for free on a Sunday morning that was not directly related to the water tank, but she stilled showed no appreciation.

I say all of this to demonstrate that We Show Up 123 does a good job regardless of the quality of the customer. They see the job through properly, for a fair price, no matter what. I entered this review as a way to make up, in any way I can, for having introduced them to such a shoddy customer and such bad treatment. Sorry, guys. You're the best.

This company is Amazing!
My Mom needed a plumber, I looked on Yelp and had her call We Show Up 123 Plumbing because they had great reviews. She called today and within 2 hours Mike and Shane were at her house. She called me after they left to let me know that they were terrific! She said Mike and Shane were so very polite, clean and diligent in repairing her bathroom. She told me she is putting Mike on speed dial, because it has been years since she had a service man out to her house who was diligent. I a leaving the review because my Mom doesn't have a computer.

I called WeShowUp123.com because my hot water tank broke unexpectedly. Their lead plumber Mike showed up within three hours of my call. Mike and Shawn were very professional and had good attitudes. They installed a brand new 40 gallon hot water tank. The work was well done and the service was great. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Dispatcher Rich, Mike and his team are professional, efficient and helpful. They helped our tenant with fixing leakages in two toilet bowls, and the sink. Reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them.

This team has won my trust. I spoke with three companies to get a quote on replacing radiator vents/valves. Each company quoted about $75-$200 depending on the parts. Then Mike called and asked me to send photos. Quite delicately, he told me he didn't think there was any fixing needed, but a simple move to turn the valve off. ""Righty tighty, lefty loosey lol"" he said.

Bless your honest heart for helping a girl out. I'm a single foster mom and don't have the funds to be wasting on unnecessary repairs. You've won my loyalty, my trust AND my heart. When and if I ever do need a repair, I know who I will be calling.

Rich and team are GREAT! I have used them multiple times for projects at my own home as well as at my rental property. They have done projects small and large. They rebuilt a screened porch, they scraped & repainted my garage, they repaired stairs, installed cabinets and more. They are awesome - respond quickly, provide accurate quotes with competitive rates, show up as scheduled and do quality work. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend We Show UP to others (I have already referred my neighbors to them....). I'm definitely keeping them in my rolodex for all my home projects.

We had a number of small tasks that we needed done around the house and after looking at numerous reviews and contacting a number of vendors, we decided to go with We Show Up 1-2-3. We were influenced by the positive reviews we read, their professionalism and the extra lengths to which they were willing to go to gain our business - coming out to view the job to provide an accurate estimate.

Rich came out on a weekend to view and provide a quote for the work we wanted to have done - install a recirculating pump on the water heater, install light, fan and heater in bathroom, troubleshoot gas fireplace, and move miscellaneous items from patio and garage into storage for the winter.

A few days after his visit as promised, Rich provided an itemized quote of the work so we could select which of the items we wanted to do if the cost was not within our current budget. His pricing was very reasonable so we opted to have all the work performed.

The following weekend Rich and Ed returned and performed the work requested. They were spot on for the overall length of time for the work and stuck to their quote.

Rich was very professional, up front on his limitations/jobs he hadn't any experience, was very responsive and in constant contact the days of our appointments to let us know if he was running behind or ahead of schedule. Ed was very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge and experience with us as he clearly explained things as he worked.

We will definitely be contacting We Show Up 1-2-3 for future work we require around the house.

We used Rich's service for a fairly major project fixing a bunch of interior damage to our house due to ice dams from last year's snowpocalypse. Rich and his team had a big undertaking of removing ceiling and wall damage, taping it out, priming it, matching texture, and then painting several times. They quickly and efficiently got it done. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rich was easy to work with, answered questions and quickly resolved any concerns. We'll certainly be using them again and give them our highest recommendation.
