Zach and his helper responded on a Sunday, scheduled me in for Monday afternoon, charged me a reasonable price to move the gas line for the dryer. when done it wasn't centered because of the elbows he put in the line but corrected it immediately to my satisfaction. He is a small business owner who is conscientious and values all the business he can get. Highly recommend.

There was a sewer line obstruction in my rental house on a Saturday night. Zach responded immediately. He came by Sunday morning and resolved the issue. ln addition, he discovered an even more serious matter. He explained thoroughly with photos. The second job had difficult access and required a lot of digging. His crew was there bright and early Monday morning. The repair was made and the whole system tested. All the displaced dirt was filled in and leveled (even paver stones were replaced). I will always contact We Plumb in the future. I recommend them highly.

I like these guys! They were responsive, and showed up when they said they would show up. The owner is knowledgeable and nice and has a lot of knowledge related to plumbing and is communicative.

I needed a tub installed for a remodeling project, along with some pipes moved over in the wall for the new vanity.

I was annoyed when multiple plumbers could not provide a quote and perform the work within the same day, but We Plumb was able to quote and do the work in the same day, which is efficient.

Zac was very upfront and honest and helped me fix my problems within my budget. He also provided a military discount which was very helpful. He was always on time or early. His flat fee allowed me to maximize my military discount at Home Depot by purchasing the supplies and he installed them instead of up charging me for parts. He was very proficient and kept me in the loop of what he was doing. He is now working on my parent's old Austin home built in the 1940's and my parents (in their 80s) are very happy with him, his communication, and his prices.
Zac is a native Austinite, so am I (4th generation). We got along well and I am SO glad he will stick around Austin so I can develop a long-standing relationship with him as I had with my last plumber who retired after 40 years.
