Excellent service! I called around 7pm on a Thursday for a clogged shower drain / toilets not flushing. I talked to Zach, the owner -- he offered to have someone out that evening within an hour, but also suggested waiting until the following morning to save $50. They charge hourly, and the clog was fixed in 30 minutes so I only had to pay for half the hourly charge. The plumber who came to fix was very kind, courteous, and efficient! I have a larger plumbing issue that I know I have to fix from my house inspection -- I've already have one (seemingly very high) estimate for that job, so I'll definitely be working with We Plumb for another estimate and hopefully to work on that job, too. Would definitely recommend!

Quotes price was *double* of what another company charged for the same job: specifically, they wanted $350 to replace a bathroom sink drain pipe (P-Trap) - literally, a 10 minute job. I paid $170 for it, which is robbery in itself. But $350?! That's just predatory...

I got both my tankless water heaters flushed at a very competitive price. They gave me an option to use vinegar or a commercial descaling solution which I thought was great. The plumber who came by took lots of great pictures and kept me informed on the whole process as well as the overall health of my unit. I would happily hire We Plumb again!

I've been searching for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber for quite some time and finally found one with We Plumb. They do great work for fair prices and don't nickel and dime you. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Can't say anything about the service however they did reach out to scold me when I canceled the afternoon appt because someone else came in the morning and fixed it right away. Don't know much about plumbing, but I do know to never treat a customer like that. Otherwise you get bad reviews!

Update: I canceled several hours before the appointment time, not when you were at my house.

Very responsive courteous and professional company. They got me in right away. They have teams working on weekends, even Sundays and rate is fair. $250/hr billed by the half hour.

Zach and his helper responded on a Sunday, scheduled me in for Monday afternoon, charged me a reasonable price to move the gas line for the dryer. when done it wasn't centered because of the elbows he put in the line but corrected it immediately to my satisfaction. He is a small business owner who is conscientious and values all the business he can get. Highly recommend.

There was a sewer line obstruction in my rental house on a Saturday night. Zach responded immediately. He came by Sunday morning and resolved the issue. ln addition, he discovered an even more serious matter. He explained thoroughly with photos. The second job had difficult access and required a lot of digging. His crew was there bright and early Monday morning. The repair was made and the whole system tested. All the displaced dirt was filled in and leveled (even paver stones were replaced). I will always contact We Plumb in the future. I recommend them highly.
