Mike and his team are by far the best around. I had a quote from another company a few months back. We Fix It came out and beat the price and actually fixed the problem rather than trying to replace it. I highly recommend We Fix It to anyone.

I was pleased with Jacob's diagnosis and felt that he was honest and willing to accommodate what was financially convenient for me. He was mindful not to let my door opening kitty outside, latching the lock each time he was in and out.
I paid for an acid wash to sustain my unit for a bit longer. Jacob finished the job and I thought he'd left, but he returned to my front door offering to provide me with their 1 year service plan at no cost to me. Shortly there after the no charge service plan was sent in an email for me to accept. In my opinion, that's good customer service. I will make this company my go to for HVAC services!

I definitely would not recommend this company. I am a huge review person and with all the excellent reviews I thought I was getting a good reliable company. My AC went out and I called the ""experts"" to come fix it. They stated it was dirty and it needed power washing. $400. So you trust them... well that didn't even last an hour. Called them back cause the problem wasn't fixed and bam now I need a whole new AC unit. Oh even though they took money from me and didn't fix the issue if I use them for a new AC they will use the money towards that. Wow. What a good sales tactic. My AC is still out and I'm out $400. A complete rip off.

Mike did an exceptional job servicing our A/C unit. He is very knowledgeable in his profession, and was able to answer all of our questions. He provided quick, same day service. We look forward to using his services in the future. We highly recommend Mike!

We had a bunch of people in and out of our house over the weekend. Sunday afternoon (one of the hottest days of the year) we realized our A/C was not working properly and the temperature was rising. I called my realtor for a referral and she recommended Mike and the team at We Fix It. I called Mike and he answered the phone. He said his team was booked but he could have someone to my house between 5AM and 9AM Monday morning. I totally understood that A/C people were swamped with the heat wave. I gave Mike my address. About 20 minutes later Mike (who is the owner), called me back and said he was running to another job in Queen Creek. Mike said he could swing by my house to at least diagnose the problem. I said great. 20 minutes later Mike came in. We walked out to the outdoor unit. Mike quickly opened it up explained what was wrong. It was one part that failed and he went out to his truck and swapped the part. By the time we walked back into the house the AC was coming back to life. I can't recommend Mike and We Fix it highly enough. Mike was fast, super friendly and reasonably priced. Mike also went above and beyond!

I would give them 10 stars if I could, Jeremy showed up on time and fixed our AC with no problem. He had all the parts he needed and was fast on the repair, we appreciate him being nice to our pets. Price was really fair and have no complaints. I hope when we call We fix It again we can get Jeremy back, if not I'm sure they are all good at their job. Thank you guys!
