I did not want to leave a bad review, but since Chad (AKA Daniel) blocked me, I feel like I have no other option.

After doing a speedy job replacing my toilet, bathroom, and kitchen faucets, Daniel would not send me the receipts for these materials so that I could use the year long warranty. I asked in person and then three times via text before realizing that he blocked me.

The bathroom faucet that he repaired less than a month ago is leaking already.
The kitchen faucet has no pressure and the button for the sprayer is already on the fritz - would be a great time to use my year long warranty, but I do not have one.

These are things that could have been resolved easily, but the lack of communication (and then eventual blocking) and the slowly deteriorating work makes We Fix Fix the expensive shoddy choice.

We found We Fix Fix through Yelp's project page and Daniel was able to come out to our house the same day to replace our garbage disposal. He was very knowledgeable and offered a competitive price. There was some challenge getting the old unit out because it was rusted but he finished the job quickly and left the space in clean condition. Would definitely recommend for this job!

We decided to go with Fix Fix Chicago. They responded in a timely manner and were able to come, diagnose and change our garbage disposal very quick. Their prices were very reasonable. Would use them again.
